Meetings

An Annual Meeting is held each summer. The DLIA Executive Board meets at least twice a year.

The 2019 Annual Meeting is Monday, August 19, at 7:00 PM at the Gates Lecture Hall at UMBS. Registration begins at 6:30pm.

Agenda:

    • Guest Speaker: Kim Nowack, recently appointed Executive Secretary of the Mackinac Bridge Authority. Previously she was Chief Engineer of the Mackinac Bridge.
    • Brief committee reports, a Treasurer’s Report and updates on the news of DLIA during the past year.
    • Important items that require votes of approval from the membership.
      • Election of Treasurer.
      • Proposed changes to the 1967 Articles of Incorporation
      • Approval of proposed changes to the 2016 DLIA Bylaws.
