Sunfish Races are held every Sunday and Tuesday
during July and August 2011 (weather permitting)

Note: Sailboat races are not an official function of the DLIA (but we sure do hope you enjoy yourself!!!)

The 2011 summer weather did not cooperate. Weather suitable for racing limited racing to only five race dates for the Tuesday series, and six race dates for the Saturday series. The Douglas Lake Regatta - August 7 - could not start a race. No wind!
Dave Travis won both series.
